LaFloria will cover all issues relating to product defects, either of workmanship or materials.The decision to do this will be at the sole discretion of LaFloria. If the defect or damage is caused by improper use, insufficient care or modifications made to the product, the item will not be covered by warranty.
LaFloria will repair or replace the product or part with identical materials. If identical materials are unavailable at the time, the product or part will be replaced or repaired with materials or products of equal or better quality.

We generally provide a one year warranty to cover all manufacturing defects on our products.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Items not purchased directly from LaFloria
- Items used in situations other than residential use, or items in improper use
- Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
- Fading due to sunlight exposure
- Variations in color or texture of fabrics
- Variations in timber, stone, or other natural materials
- Damage caused by using improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
- The appearance of mold or mildew
- Damage due to pets or rodents
- Normal flattening or compression of cushions due to wear and tear
- Regular wear and tear
