While we work with multiple carriers to ensure your shipments reach you, their level of service do not represent our high standards. We make every effort to oversee the quality of our shipping partners' services, but occasional dissatisfaction may still occur.

SHIPPING CHARGE
- Get discount on shipping fee when you ship multiple items together, simply contact us to get a discount coupon code
- For order above SGD$800 and below 10kg, we offer free shipping
- Once you enter your address, you’ll see the shipping charge based on your order's total size and weight. Shipping charge is automatically calculated
- For bulky orders, sometimes we pack them with crates to better protect your items from potential damages during shipping. Kindly note that dismantlement service and installation service are not included in the shipping charge
- For bulky orders in Malaysia, kindly note that the logistics company can only deliver your parcel to Ground Floor, you may check with the shipping company's delivery staff on the service charge to help with lifting upstairs
- Installation service is not included in the shipping charge, please contact us for quotation
DELIVERY LEAD TIME
- It will take us 1-4 days to prepare your products for shipment, international shipping will take between 10 - 30 business days from time of departure to reach you. Please understand that due to various factors deliveries may be delayed sometimes.
