  • Can I check the status of my order online?

Upon purchase, you will receive an email from LaFloria confirming that your order has been placed. You will receive another e-mail notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

If you have an account with LaFloria, you can log into your account and scroll down on your account page to see your order history and status.

  • Do you work with interior designers and architects?

We LOVE working with interior designers and architects, not only to provide some really great products for their spaces, but as creative professionals, we have deep interest in these areas ourselves.   • Delivery

We cannot ship bulky items.

All local and International orders have a 20kg maximum. Freight is calculated based on dimensions, weight, and your destination.

Free shipping does not apply over 30kg and items cannot be shipped with our couriers. 

Estimated delivery times provided commence from date of dispatch and are guidelines only. A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order is ready to be collected by the courier.

Delivery times quoted are subject to product availability and we will advise you if an order is to be delayed. We can not ship to a PO Box address.

  •  How can I track my delivery status?

Refer to your tracking number provided in the confirmation email. Visit the tracking page of the courier company and enter your tracking number to find out the status of delivery.

  •  How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?

Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. For more information please contact your local customs office.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

If an item is out of stock, it will say "SOLD OUT " under the main picture. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. We keep very limited amounts of stock on hand and we are sorry if you miss out on your favorite item!

  •  How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. The payment is deducted at the time of the order.

  •  Is my personal information kept private?

Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will we disclose your information.

  •  Promotions & Discounts

All promotions & discount offers are offered at the discretion of LaFloria. We reserve the right to cancel any order which has unauthorized the use of a discount or offer. Offers and discounts will not be extended beyond the specified end date.

  •  Sale items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions, please email us or simply ask us through live chat before you place your order.

  •  What payment methods does LaFloria accept?

The payment methods we accept are at the left bottom corner of our website: https://www.lafloriahomedecor.com/ . We accept most credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

  •  What if my product arrived damaged?

We really hope that this never happens to anyone. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of receipt of the product, provided that the products are in original condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Please email return@lafloriahomedecor.com notifying us that you wish to return an item, including the invoice number on the email and the reason for returning it. 

We do not collect goods that need to be exchanged or returned whether they are faulty or not. 
Freight charges are not refundable.
Products must be returned at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty.

  • Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to most of the countries worldwide, please enter your address correctly when leaving your shipping address, our system will show you the shipping cost accordingly, if there is no shipping cost shown, it means we are not able to ship the product to your address currently. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

 

Responsibility for local duties and taxes will be the customers.
