SHIPPING CHARGE 

  • Get discount on shipping fee when you ship multiple items together, simply contact us to get a discount coupon code
  • For order above SGD$800 and below 10kg, we offer free shipping
  • Once you enter your address, you’ll see the shipping charge based on your order's total size and weight. Shipping charge is automatically calculated
  • For bulky orders, sometimes we pack them with crates to better protect your items from potential damages during shipping. Kindly note that dismantlement service and installation service are not included in the shipping charge
  • For bulky orders, kindly note that the logistics company can only deliver your parcel to Ground Floor if there is no lift, you may check with the shipping company's delivery staff on the service charge to help with lifting upstairs
  • Installation service is not included in the shipping charge, please contact us for quotation
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

DELIVERY LEAD TIME

  • It will take us 1-4 days to prepare your products for shipment, international shipping will take between 10 - 30 business days from time of departure to reach you. Please understand that due to various factors deliveries may be delayed sometimes.

We generally provide a one year warranty to cover all manufacturing defects on our products.

  • Items used in situations other than residential use, or items in improper use
  • Damage caused by lack of appropriate care and maintenance
  • Fading due to sunlight exposure
  • Variations in color or texture of fabrics
  • Variations in timber, stone, or other natural materials
  • Damage caused by using improper cleaning products, oils or chemicals
  • The appearance of mold or mildew
  • Damage due to pets or rodents
  • Normal flattening or compression of cushions due to wear and tear
  • Regular wear and tear
